Acceptance

By accessing or using Migos AI Video Generator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

The service lets eligible users upload two consented source portraits, configure a duo performance stage, and request a synthesized AI video. Model availability, duration, quality, processing time, and output quality can vary. A generation is not guaranteed to match the source perfectly.

Identity, consent, and acceptable use

You represent that every identifiable person in uploaded media is an adult and that you have permission to use their image for the requested generation. You may not use the service for minors, non-consensual sexual or intimate content, impersonation, fraud, political deception, harassment, defamation, blackmail, unlawful surveillance, or infringement of another person's rights. We may block inputs, suspend accounts, preserve required evidence, or report unlawful activity.

Credits and model pricing

Credits are a service allowance, not money or stored value. The exact generation cost is shown before submission and is calculated from the selected model, duration, and quality. Provider rejection or a confirmed technical failure is eligible for automatic credit restoration. Credit pricing and model availability may change prospectively; previously purchased dollar prices and credits already granted are not retroactively changed.

Subscriptions

Basic is billed monthly and Pro annually at the price shown at Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access active until the end of the current paid period. Credits are granted only after successful payment processing.

Refund policy

Consumed credits are normally non-refundable once a provider has accepted a generation. You may request review within seven days for a duplicate charge, a payment that did not grant the stated credits, or a retained result that was inaccessible because of our technical failure. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Provider moderation, user input errors, subjective dissatisfaction, or failure to cancel before renewal do not automatically qualify. Applicable consumer law continues to apply.

Media retention

Source photos expire after 24 hours. Generated videos are retained for 30 days unless you delete them earlier. Download important results before the retention period ends.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it. Notify support promptly if you believe the account or payment method was used without authorization.

Intellectual property

You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded media. You are responsible for having those rights. Your rights in generated output are subject to applicable law and the terms of the underlying model provider. The service software, branding, and original interface remain our property.

Availability and liability

We may modify or suspend features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Support and disputes

For billing, refund, privacy, account, or sign-in questions, use the public form at /support or, after signing in, open a ticket at /settings/tickets. Include the relevant order number but never include a full card number or password.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by the effective date above.
