Privacy Policy | Migos AI Video

How Migos AI Video handles accounts, uploaded duo portraits, synthesized performance videos, payments, and data deletion requests.

Last updated: 2026-09-29

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Migos AI Video Generator handles information when you create an account, purchase creator passes, upload source portraits, or generate a duo performance video.

Information we collect

  1. Account information — name, email address, authentication records, and account settings.
  2. Creation inputs — prompts, generation settings, and source photos that you choose to upload.
  3. Generated content — videos created for your account and the technical records needed to display generation History.
  4. Usage and security data — timestamps, browser and device information, IP-derived abuse controls, task status, and error logs.
  5. Payment records — plan, amount, currency, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and payment status. Stripe processes card details; we do not store complete card numbers.
  6. Support messages — your reply email, subject, message, and abuse-prevention data when you use the public support form.

Facial images, consent, and sensitive content

Source photos can contain facial or identity information. Only upload images of adults when you have permission from every identifiable person shown. The service records your consent confirmation with the generation task. Do not upload minors, non-consensual intimate images, or images used for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or deception.

Storage and retention

  • Source photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 objects and exposed to the video provider through an unguessable, time-limited access link. They expire after 24 hours and are then deleted by an automated retention job.
  • Generated videos are copied from the provider to our private R2 storage and retained for 30 days so they remain available in History. You can delete a retained video earlier from History.
  • Account, subscription, payment, credit, and security records are retained while needed to operate the account, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
  • Public support messages are retained while the request is handled and for up to 12 months afterward for follow-up, fraud prevention, and dispute records.
  • Deleting an asset invalidates its access link. Backup or provider-side deletion may take additional time where required by their infrastructure or law.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, D1, and R2 storage; Stripe for payment processing; and APIMart and its underlying model providers to process prompts and source media and produce videos. These providers receive only the information required to perform their role and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process payments, calculate and deduct credits, submit and retain generations, provide support, prevent abuse, reconcile interrupted tasks, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Traffic uses HTTPS. Source and result media use private R2 objects with random bearer access tokens and expiration checks. Administrative credentials and provider secrets are not exposed to the browser. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your controls

You can delete retained generated videos from History. You can review payment and credit records in Settings. For account-data access, correction, deletion, refund, privacy, or sign-in questions, use the public form at /support or, after signing in, open a ticket at /settings/tickets. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
